Product Development is the flagship of our HONG system: equipped with a professional team that consists of more than 30 people staff including designers, engineers, and prototype-makers, as long as the advanced machinery such as Dürkopp Adler and Camoga, HONG STUDIO can support the whole creativity phases, starting from raw material and hardwares developement to the prototypes and samples.

All pattern and sample making procedures are managed and completed in-house. As for the develpment of materials, hardwares and semi-products techniques, it achieves the best products by integrating top suppliers who have long-term partnerships with us.

All our designers have solid education backgrounds and industry knowledge; and all the engineers and sample makers have 10-20 years experience, HONG STUDIO can either integrate and assist designers coming directly from the customers or provide design as one of its services, and is able to generate a wide variety of concepts and ideas from the very first meetings with customers, shaping first product ideas and transforming them into physical/rendered products.

We also have a sophisticated supply chain management and control team, which conducts strict supervision over our own factories as well as all our supply chain (Cloud ERP System implemented). Since the work of whole product development is completed by us, we are the best one when it comes to confirming product effects and controlling the quality.
